And primarily I would like them to have joints. Ankles. Knees. Hips. Wrists. Elbows. Shoulders. Neck. Everything. As you can see they're a little bit... too stiff. And if it's possible fireproofing. Not that I expect anybody to try to set my dear mannequins on fire, but... I'd rather not have to find new ones should something or someone go up in flames.
As for the rest... [ he folds his arms, leaning back against a table as he stares down one of them. ] I'm not entirely sure. I definitely need a pack mule, but that's merely one of four...
I'll have to replace the materials entirely for fireproofing... but as for uses, two pack mules would be better than one, wouldn't it? Especially if they need to carry an object too bulky for just one to balance.
[ nods. ] Alright, so perhaps reinforced joints for at least two of them, since I wouldn't want them to break under the pressure of whatever task they're assigned. A shed, of some kind, to house all of my tools... [ so that's three. ] But, yes, replacing the materials isn't a problem, I don't think... about how much per mannequin?
The materials for each mannequin should be 225 points each, add that up for all four and it comes out to 900, plus work time... I can't imagine it would take that long, since the mannequins themselves aren't mechanical.
[ going to bring up his own phone. ] And that's for all of their new joints, yes? [ sends him 1000 points. ] I'll have to give you a tip once we're all finished with their upgrades.
Thank you. I'll get started right away. Could you please have one sit on the lab table?
[Anyway speaking of, a personal assistant appears and marches for the door, off to bring back his new purchases - namely, four large sheets of titanium.]
[ he's not listening... but thankfully one of the mannequins goes over to try to get onto the table. it ends up just falling onto it, because at the moment it can't sit. ]
[She does not have a rifle but she is cute and stronk.
Anyway, as long as the mannequin's on the table, that'll do! And when the personal assistant sets the titanium sheet down, Causality gets to work, using reuse and recycle to manipulate the metal. Some of it he gadgeteers to the mannequin so its entire body is made of titanium; the rest he busily works into it in order to give it both articulation as well as more bulky limbs that can be relied on for both storage and strength to carry objects without losing any stability.]
[ dottore is going to watch intently. fin's ability are certainly something special. he might be a little jealous. having a personal assistant is nice, one that can actually do things. his mannequins are nothing like her. they're... the budget version. and those abilities. yeah, he's jealous. not that he doesn't like alcheme's abilities, but science!!! ]
[ blinks, ] Ah, right, [ and then he's looking over at the mannequin, who has no trouble getting off the table. ] Pick up Charlie. [ the mannequin does so with ease, earning a laugh from dottore. ] Alright, so if you could do that to one more of them, since you suggested that might be good if they had to carry something larger... Bravo, set Charlie down on the table. [ bravo does so. ] But an excellent job so far, Causality.
[ dottore hums, helping charlie off the table as soon as its finished. ] Now for you two. [ he eyes echo and delta. ] This might seem like a bit of a stretch, but if I bought some medical equipment, would you be able to combine it with one of them, so I have a sort of... personal medic? A defibrillator, perhaps, stethoscope, blood pressure monitor, heart monitor, and things of that nature. All of that may be pricey, but if you're up for the challenge I'm willing to pay.
No, no, of course not. Can you think of anything else I might have missed? [ and he can always use the other two to store medical supplies, so just stuffing one of the remaining two with tools works just fine. ]
This mannequin is bound to get pricey. Alright, let's see... [ he gets a medical kit, a couple of medical tools, and then a heart monitor... which is going to be the priciest thing. he also buys a mini fridge, since storing chemicals and blood might be good too. but using that on the last mannequin might be the better idea. ] Ill be right back. Do you mind if I take Bravo and Charlie. This will be a good test for them.
[ he takes the two mannequins and leaves. the two remaining ones just wander around, with one of them trying to interact with his personal assistant. it... cannot talk though, so it probably just stands there being kind of creepy. eventually dottore sends him a text that merely says "Here." ]
I'm just glad they served you well. If you do find problems with them, please let me know and I'll be happy to fine-tune them. I can also do repairs for a small fee if they should be damaged somehow.

1000 points should cover all of it.

Re: day 513.
...Okay, I think that should be sufficient for this one. But if you'd like to check for yourself before I continue...?
[As promised, the mannequin is the perfect pack mule.]

[He really needs to work on building up points after all.]
Please have the mannequins set on the table and I can get to work again.
